you will be notified and then have the option of a full refund, or to wait until the item
becomes available.
If you cancel and order that is not back ordered, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Products that have manufacturers defects must be returned to the manufacturer. All warranties are covered
by the manufacturer and not Milonajo Enterprises.

Some items ship from different locations and may take longer to receive.
On smaller items, we may ship USPS priority mail, in this event, you WILL be refunded the difference in the shipping cost!

A note about shipping. Somewhere along the line, the shipping companies came up with the term "Dimensional Weight"
What this is, simply put is the size of the shipping packaging. All shippers use this as a means to inflate the cost of shipping.
This is out of our control. If the dimensional weight is greater then the actual weight of the product, this is what you will be charged.
I don't agree with it,but it is the way it is done.
