Hog ''Boar'' Urine
2 ounce bottle. Harmon's Hog "Boar" urine
is strong; it comes from mature breeder hogs. We use four breeder hogs
for one purpose, and that is to breed sows on a breeder farm. Our "Boar"
urine is not watered down. No chemicals are added, and it has no
additives. It is pure, 100% "Boar" urine. If you want to get that smart
boar that you are hunting to let his guard down and get mad, let him
smell the urine from another mature boar, and he'll be ready to fight.
He won't come out to talk or just say hello, but rather to put a can of
whoop-ass on his competition. Never ever put this scent on yourself or
your clothes. If you're not up in a tree, you might need to get ready to
run and find a tree. A hog on a good day can out-run a man, so extreme
caution is required on the part of the hunter. Think safety above
everything else; you owe it to yourself, your family, and your loved
ones. Hunting hogs is a dangerous sport. Hogs do attack, and their tusks
are razor-sharp. Hogs are smart and quick. Even pro hunters are leery
of hunting wild hogs because there are always pitfalls. Bow hunters
should know that just hitting a hog with an arrow does not insure a
kill. Hogs have a protective sheet of armor plating, which is
approximately 1/4" to nearly 2-1/2" thick, that goes from their
shoulders down to the back of their ribs. It is a high-density layer of
fat. Only boars possess this armor. Sows do not have it. Arrows
sometimes do not penetrate this armor but will bounce off or just stick
into the armor. The hog is still alive, and now he is mad. Be careful!
